I created an initial email to outline how the process would work and ensure that everything was clear from the start to everyone involved:

I also ensured I individually emailed each person who dropped off prints to confirm the price and amount. This way I had a good documentation of what we had agreed to sell and how much for, as well as ensuring that we were selling them for the correct amount:

- I also asked my dad to make a print stand for us to display the prints in
