One of my passions within design is packaging, so when looking at product I enjoyed exploring the different ways pattern and image can be applied to different packaging.
I chose these design because I felt they were dynamic and and well thought out, with the resultant products being very appealing due to their clever form and use of imagery. I also really like the reserved use of colour on them, as I feel the cool cohesive colour palettes mean that the products are approachable yet still grab the audience's attention.

These comical packaging designs by Laliberté show just how much packaging can be manipulated to fit the needs of the product, and how its primary function is to showcase the product it is trying to sell. What I particularly like in this work is how Laliberté boldly uses only black and white in this design, and lets the colour come solely from the brushes within the packaging, which is a subconscious message to the audience that these are the main part of the piece, and that without the brushes, the packaging is useless, which juxtaposes with the multi functions of the brush.
